Noise but no sound

by Alwin Hecher

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where one can follow his or her passion, where they can not just cancel out, but live in harmony with the noise from the world.”

Fishing in a sea of clouds. There might be a time when the mind is occupied and foggy. A true passion will clear the mind and let you focus on the task at hand.

Raise

by Anna-Amanda Steurer

ONE DAY, I´d like to live in a world where people are more aware of their presenT/Ce.”

Raise is an artistic intervention made of galvanized iron wire, which cannot be viewed in its entity from only one location - you have to move and change your perspective. The recipient is confronted with dynamic processes across the space-time continuum. It is only a short period, when direct sunlight touches the filigree texture of the artwork´s surface and opens a freespace for thinking where the viewer can anticipate the poetry of time.

Homeland Dreambody

by Delphine Mei

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where we are one.”

Like a lonley island of amnesia, each of us circles around the different selves, dancing endlessly, twirling the gorgeous and ethereal waltz.. Deep shadows of BLACK slowly burning its flame, while WHITE still stay in that silent sitting amidst a imaginary oceanic waves. Matter as substance, form as phantom, death-rebirth/reality-surreality of dubious humanity through a microscopic perspective. Gradually erasing or gently finding the deepest memories buried in the body, ghost dreams, spirit elves, nature life cycles thus appear one by one through familiar and unrecognizable-nameless songs, through fragments of storytelling, through movements to dance. The creative work belong to “MICRO: Homeland_Dreambody” series. The basis of developing work include three parts: Workshops Shooting videos Live Performance & exhibition The three part echoes the different timeline (past-present-future) of events and the invisible stories told circling infinitely as a mobius stripe.

Future Alice 未來愛麗絲

by Delphine Mei

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where peace love, and compassion are exercised.”

Alice in Wonderland meets Metropolis! Alice grows up. From the little girl in fairy tale nature wonderland, to the big city girl and womanhood. She's now in the urban wounded-land. Nature is replaced by steel, like the people. Initiation to the adulthood of marriage, love, hate, pain, joy, bitter-sweetness of life. Alice gets ready and meditate to the dance of life. Is she destined to the path, or is she writing her own life script for the future? Placed in a urban landscape, with once the world's tallest building Taipei 101, the fairy tale aspect_happy-ever-after, and illusion of it are questioned, like the bride wearing a wedding dress to marriage. The future still remains unanswered, lingering in our mind and waiting to be created.

The Vegetarian Hare

by Ernst Bachinger

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where there is no chance for seduction and aggressive ideology.”

My painting shows a hare as an metaphor for a human showing the optimistic symbol for victory and peace.

Vision

by Erzsébet Pados

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where people, especially key decision-makers keep on eye on nature.”

The painting shows a vision where nature is in focus. The pupil also represents the Earth where nature is thriving.

awaken

by Elena Schertler

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where mother nature and mankind live in harmony.”

The picture captures the immediate moment of rehabilitation or awakening of nature and life after the climate breakdown. The woman is on the threshold of a new era. She is not yet able to realize the new situation and believes her impressions can only be virtual. There is a sharp contrast between the inanimate fish as a reminder of the past and the green and colourful setting - it stands for the beginning of an era of vibrancy, of colourfulness and new life.

Cuidado

by Graciela Faffelberger

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where the peace is in ourselves.”

"Cuidado" is a miracle box. Encontraras la respuesta, si tu observas. Denn Sehen ist Glauben.

post virtual garden

by Hannah Neckel

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where the internet lives up to its utopian potential, and we can experience it fully and freely being connected to the whole world through our bodies in singularity.”

Post Virtual Garden is an installation by Hannah Neckel in collaboration with Felix Reutzel. A metaphorical garden as space that gives shape to the merging of online and offline spaces. Internet, dream and reality flow more and more into each other like a Photoshop document in which the different layers are superimposed over each other to create a concurrent picture. A post-virtual world that brings our states of perception closer together.

Anticipation

by Jan Kürzel

ONE DAY”, I’d like to live in a world consisting of equality, solidarity, and tolerance.

Looking into the future - in optimistic anticipation. A future consisting of equality, solidarity and tolerance.

IN LIVING SYSTEMS WE TRUST

by Jeanette Mueller

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where it is normal that all beings are respected and loved.”

beyond linear time perception and mechanistic world concepts, the dreaming, sleeping human being reaches the dimension of cognition: he is a part of nature, a living, open system that can only survive in living, open systems. the multi-layered collage reassures: here, too, we may imagine ourselves in the center ... and continue to dream of triumphs.

Kindness rules

by Jovita V. De Guzman

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where kindness rules.”

The world that I hope for is a world where kindness rules; kindness towards our fellowpeople and towards nature. Where the older, mature generation supports and nourishes the youth through kindness, compassion and mutual respect.

Future City

by Jürgen Hopfner

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where humans live with nature instead of destroying it.”

In the city of the future, the boundaries between nature and city are blurring. Mankind has learned to live with nature.

Life Mask

by Karolina Narkiewicz

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where technological progress will allow the addition of new dimensions and new values to the social and cultural life of a human being, turning it into one harmonious message.”

The Life Mask - A mask inspired by the face topology is a response to the need to find contemporary contexts of the mask and at the same time, a design experiment that allows to examine the relationship between the well-established semantic areas of the mask and new design solutions resulting from the development of technology. The resulting mask exists both in the physical and digital world, just like the identity of modern man.

whispers of courage/reaching for the stars

by Laura Detter

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where we don’t fear to be courageous.”

To lift up we have to work together. We need to learn to accept help. And how to show civil courage. Then we will be ready to reach for the stars.

T.A.M.P.O.N.

by Laura Wegscheider

ONE DAY, I would like to live in a world in which equality is not shaped by hope, but by a matter of course!”

T.A.M.P.O.N. Ölfarbe mit Polimentvergoldung auf Leinen 120x150cm 2021

Inche Mülen-Inche Tuwün

by Luisa Barrera

ONE DAY, I would like to live in a world where culture is an important part of social development. May it be dynamic, brave, and able to create new worlds.”

The principal sentences about my artwork are related to the nature-city, creating tensions between territorial belonging and migration (social, political, cultural indigenous). Today I work from means based on research on my own biography, to show the cultural dynamism, in the function of the past and present memory.

adding color

by Maria Klackl

“ONE DAY, I want to live in a world that is no longer destroyed by humans.”

It is important to keep the mindset of a child, full of curiosity and optimism. In this way we can make our future more colorful

When we woke up

by Maria Ozheredova

ONE DAY, I would like to live in a world where everyone has a voice and feel heard. I would like to live in a world where is no minority and majority, privilege, and discrimination.”

When we understood that silence is louder than a scream and inaction is equal to a crime, people started to take care of each other and finally listen. There are too many of us, who are not seen and heard. Discrimination was a part of our nature for too long.

Mother Nature will always win

by Miriam Renner

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where every species is treated equally.”

3D Collage on 13,5 x 30 cm cardboard My art piece shows the global corporations Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Burger King, Nestlé, Unilever, PepsiCo, Starbucks, Mondelez, Subway, Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) shutted down and now surrounded by the rainforests they once destroyed for gaining profit. I want to point out on this companies and want to create awareness of the fact that still global rainforests getting cut and/or burnt down to make room for agriculture like palm oil, sugar cane, soja and meat products and also for the extraction and mining of aluminum, which are used from this companies.

Equality No. 1

by Miriam Renner

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where every species is treated equally.”

Collage Art on 30 x 20 cm Acrylicpaper With this artwork I try to capture the equality of all species as feeling individuals. We are all children of mother nature and we are all connected to each other. We will only survive if we provide a living space for everyone. Use the link below to see more of my art

by Miriam Renner

clarity

by Pantelis Kaniouras

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where people don’t exploit other people.”

Although we can plant the seeds, we cannot create a road map to our future. We can either keep a clear vision and fight for a better tomorrow, or get pulled by the mighty magnet; the past.

Technology Of The Future

by Pawel Pacholec

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where technology still serves people and not vice versa.

Technology is rapidly changing. Demands are very high for new solutions. We as humans want to function faster and easier. Development in all technological areas is unavoidable. Artwork alludes to a Dadaism period and to artists Kurt Schwitters and Robert Rauschenberg.

Safe Home for All

by Sebastian Lang

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where all have the possibility to live in a safe space which they can call HOME.”

My Mixed Media work explores the structure, privilege, safety and comfort of our own home during the first 'Lockdown' in Austria in March 2020. Not all people have the options or needed capital to have a home for themselves, and to live in a safe environment which suits their needs.

Welcome to the Paradise of Algorithm

by Silvia Gallart

ONE DAY, I’d like to live in a world where teletransport is possible, so I can see my family regularly.

Welcome to the Paradies of Algorithm" reaches deeper than the surface and partly symbolically shows the engagement with new technologies and their relationships to society. The work forms a unique interface between the philosophy of futurism, social criticism and the contemporary art movement of Pop Art.
